About Me

I am the provider of the AHF Healthcare Center: South Beach. I started my HIV career back in 1994 at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. I cared for over 400 patients and also ran an HIV-co-infected diabetes program for our diabetic patients. During my 29 years there, I had the opportunity to travel to third-world countries to provide HIV care and education to both patients and practitioners. I also had the opportunity to sit on the Advisory Board of several pharmaceutical companies.

I moved from New York to Florida in 2021 and started working for AHF in Fort Lauderdale. I chose AHF because their values and mission match my philosophy on HIV care.

I bring 29 years of clinical experience to AHF as well as 7 years of leadership along with a special interest in transgender Care.

Fun Fact: I love to sing and dance. I also have a passion for global HIV care, and I hope to get back into that arena because it provides me a great sense of humanitarian accomplishment.
