Dr. Nicholas Chamberlain, M.D.

About Me

I am the Medical Director of the AHF Healthcare Centers: Atlanta Midtown. My first up close and personal experience with the HIV/AIDS epidemic came as a research associate working at Crossroads Clinic in Jackson, Mississippi in 2010. A young woman had just tested positive for HIV. It was a shocking discovery for me at the time, but for everyone else in the clinic, the scene was all too familiar. Her situation left an indelible mark on me, and over the many years following that experience and after providing care for countless other patients in similar situations, I have developed an understanding of the tremendous challenges facing communities most impacted by HIV. As the largest HIV/AIDS provider in the world, AIDS Healthcare Foundation strives to provide quality HIV care to those that need it the most, and for that reason, I truly believe that working at AHF will provide me a tremendous opportunity to have a significant and lasting impact on the HIV epidemic.

Fun Fact: In my free time I enjoy traveling, working out, and going to the movies. I have several years of experience in clinical research focusing on HIV/STI prevention and treatment.
